Aftercare Clinic

Treatments and Services

The Adolescent After Care Clinic offers short-term medical and behavioral health care for patients who have experienced sexual assault and/or abuse. Services and treatments offered include:

  • Connection to Adolescent Medicine
  • Contraception (emergency and long-term)
  • Counseling (initial/emergency) to aid in recovery after trauma
  • Counseling and education on reproductive and sexual health
  • Research help in exploring eligibility for Massachusetts Victims of Violent Crime Compensation
  • Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP)
  • Pregnancy testing
  • Referral to survivor-focused services
  • Safety planning
  • Sexually transmitted disease (STD) and HIV counseling, prevention, testing, and treatment
