Molly Ann Duggan, MS, CCLS
Molly received her M.S. in Child Life and Family Centered Care from Wheelock College and her B.S. in Rehabilitation Services with a concentration in Developmental Pediatric Rehabilitation. She completed internships at Hasbro Children’s Hospital and Emerson Hospital. Post graduate school, Molly worked as a Child Life Specialist in general pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU and most recently in both the Emergency Department and Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite. Molly returns to the Massachusetts area and is currently the Manager of the Child Life Team as well as the Child Life Specialist on the Pediatric Inpatient and Pediatric Intensive Care Units at Boston Medical Center.

Karlie Kennedy, CCLS
Karlie received her degrees in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from the University of North Georgia. She completed her internship at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, rotating through the Emergency Department, Surgery, Hematology/Oncology, Inpatient Pediatrics, PICU, and Radiology. Before coming to Boston Medical Center, Karlie worked as the Child Life Specialist for the Inpatient Medical/Surgical unit at Florida Hospital for Children. Karlie joins us now as the full-time Child Life Specialist for Ambulatory Pediatrics, and works with patients in the Primary Care Clinic, Specialty Clinics, and STAR Clinic.

Katie Parrish, MA, CCLS
Katie received her M.A. in Child Development and Clinical Psychology from Tufts University. She completed internships in the Operating Room and Hematology/Oncology units at Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center. Prior to coming to Boston Medical Center, Katie was the Clinical Administrative Director for Global Smile Foundation and worked for several years as the Hematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplant Child Life Specialist at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Katie now joins us as the as the Pediatric Otolaryngology and OR Child Life Specialist at Boston Medical Center.

Kirsten Robinson, MS, CCLS
Kirsten received her M.S. in Child Life and Family Studies from Wheelock College in 2018. She completed internships at both Tufts Medical Center in the Pedi ICU and Inpatient units as well as at Mass General Hospital for Children in the Pediatric ED. Kirsten has most recently been working in the OR at Franciscan Children’s Hospital. These experiences all have offered her a well-rounded view of hospitalized care for children and a great foundation to be put to great use here within the walls of BMC!

Katie Yochim, MS, CCLC
Katie received her M.S. in Child Life from the College of Charleston. She completed her internship at Duke Children’s Hospital in the Pediatric Oncology Clinics and Cardiac ICU. Prior to graduate school, Katie worked in clinical research and volunteered with the child life department at Mass General. Katie returns to Massachusetts and joins us as a full-time Child Life Specialist, splitting her time between the Pediatric Emergency Department and Ambulatory Clinics. She is excited to extend coverage in these areas to increase the accessibility of child life services for patients and families.
