Xiuhuan Yan, NP

Xiuhuan Yan, MSN, RN, BC, is a nurse practitioner in Adult Primary Care at Boston Medical Center. She has more than a decade of experience providing primary care at BMC and serves as an NP anchor and preceptor, supporting both patient care and clinical education. Her clinical experience includes caring for patients with complex chronic conditions, including diabetes and hypertension. In 2024, Yan was inducted into the Boston University Medical Group Clinical Excellence Society in recognition of her commitment to patient care, teaching, and clinical excellence.
