Sophie Z. Grimes, FNP-C

Sophie recently completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at George Mason University and brings a strong clinical background in women’s health, primary care, and pediatrics. She has gained diverse clinical experience through rotations in primary care, cardiology, addiction medicine, and pediatrics, including time with a Boston Children’s affiliate practice.

In addition to her training as an FNP, Sophie has worked as an ambulatory OB/GYN nurse with Mass General Brigham, where she provided comprehensive triage and patient-centered care across multiple clinics. Her prior experience also includes roles at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Inova Fairfax Medical Campus, where she developed strong expertise in labor & delivery, postpartum care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Sophie is passionate about guiding patients and families through their healthcare journey with compassion and evidence-based care.
