Dr. Allujami graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Damascus University in Syria in 2001 and completed his surgical residency training at ... Nancy University Hospital (Université de Lorraine) in Nancy, France, in 2005. Additionally, in 2007 he earned a Certificate of Advanced Study in Implantology from Hôpital Tenon in Paris, France.
Prior to joining Boston University, Dr. Allujami was Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at a tertiary care hospital in Saudi Arabia, where he practiced the full scope of the specialty for 13 years. In addition to English, he is fluent in both Arabic and French.
Dr. Allujami’s clinical interests include dentoalveolar and facial trauma surgery and correction of dentofacial deformities. In his current role, Dr. Allujami covers the OMFS outpatient clinics at both the BU Goldman School of Dental Medicine and BMC, and works with both predoctoral students and OMFS residents.
