Meenakshi B Kumar, MBBS, is a board-certified family medicine physician at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and assistant professor of family medicine at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Kumar began her career as an instructor after completing a family medicine residency at Presence Saint Francis Hospital and a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University. She lectures on functional medicine and integrative health to students and residents.
