Weather Advisory: Temporary Door Closure

Due to extreme cold, access through the Moakley Building's entrance off Boston Medical Center Place will be temporarily closed from 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, through 7 a.m. Monday, Feb. 2.

All patients and visitors should use the main entrance for the Menino and Yawkey Buildings during this time. The hospital remains open and operating as normal.

We appreciate your patience as we take these precautions during severe winter weather.

Forman, MD, MSc, is a board-certified primary care physician and nephrologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an associate professor at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. After receiving his medical degree from Yale School of Medicine, he completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Washington and a nephrology fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital.
