Dellara F. Terry, MD MPH is a geriatrician is at Boston Medical Center (BMC). She performs cognitive assessments in BMC’s geriatric primary care clinic. In addition to her clinical role, Dr. Terry serves as the Chief of Value Based Care for Boston Medical Center Health System (BMCHS). In this role she addresses opportunities to improve clinical care delivery and risk based contractual performance using a data driven approach.
