Alexandra E. Bachorik, MD, EdM, is a board-certified primary care and internal medicine physician and medical educator at Boston Medical Center (BMC), where she serves as Director of Education for the Women’s Health Group and Associate Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program. She is also an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Section of General Internal Medicine at the ... Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.
Dr. Bachorik received her medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, New York, and completed her internal medicine residency training at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. Following completion of her clinical training, Dr. Bachorik completed a fellowship in medical education culminating in a Masters of Education (MEd) degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Dr. Bachorik is interested in care of the underserved, women’s health, and medical education, and has a particular interest in improving access to comprehensive reproductive healthcare through the integration of these services into primary care practice and education.
