Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is cancer of the white blood cells that fight infection (lymphoblasts), but red blood cells and platelets may also become cancerous.

Symptoms

  • Bleeding from the gums
  • Bone pain
  • Nosebleeds
  • Frequent infections
  • Lumps  around the neck, armpits, abdomen or groin
