About

Mark H. Mirochnick, MD, is a board-certified neonatologist and pediatrician at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and a professor at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Mirochnick completed a pediatrics residency at Boston Children's Hospital/BMC and a neonatal-perinatal medicine fellowship at the University of Connecticut. His research focuses on the pharmacology of HIV and TB drugs in newborns, infants, children, and pregnant women. Dr. Mirochnick currently serves as co-chair of the U.S. Perinatal HIV Guidelines Committee and is a member of the U.S. Pediatric HIV Guidelines Committee and the WHO Pediatric Antiretroviral Working Group.
