Elizabeth C. Hutton, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine and pediatrics hospitalist at Boston Medical Center (BMC), where she serves as Medical Director of the Pediatric Inpatient Unit. She is also an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Hospital Medicine at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.
Dr. Hutton earned her medical degree from the Warren ... Alpert Medical School of Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, and completed her residency training via the combined internal medicine and pediatrics program offered by Harvard Medical School at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Hutton’s research and professional interests include childhood onset chronic disease as well as medical education, ongoing professional development of clinical faculty, peer mentoring, and quality improvement in inpatient care.
