To help prevent the spread of seasonal respiratory illnesses, we strongly encourage all visitors to wear a mask while in ambulatory clinics or inpatient units. Carmen D. Sarita-Reyes, MD, is an attending pathologist at Boston Medical Center and a Clinical Associate Professor of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine (Anatomic Pathology) at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Sarita-Reyes specializes in pediatric, developmental, and placental pathology.

After receiving her medical degree, Dr. Sarita-Reyes completed residencies in anatomic and clinical pathology at both Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Danbury Hospital in Danbury, Connecticut. She then completed a fellowship in pediatric pathology at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine in New York, New York.
