About

Kathryn L. Fantasia, MD MSc, is a board-certified endocrinologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC). Dr. Fantasia is also an assistant professor of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Nutrition & Weight Management at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Fantasia specializes in caring for patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, as well as treating other general endocrinology issues. Her research centers on diabetes care and outcomes as well as diabetes technology use. Dr. Fantasia received her medical degree from Albany Medical College and a Master of Science in Health Services and Systems Research from Boston University School of Public Health.
