Dr. Greer is also a professor of Neurology and the chair of the Department of Neurology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Greer has authored more than 300 peer-reviewed manuscripts, reviews, chapters, guidelines and books and serves as a reviewer for several of the most prestigious scientific journals, including the New England Journal of Medicine, Annals of Internal Medicine, Brain, Neurology, and Stroke.
