About

Dr. Christopher Andry is the Chief of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at BMC, professor and Chair of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, and professor of family medicine at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.

Dr. Andry has a deep-rooted commitment to and passion for serving the Boston community at large. Throughout his career, he has leveraged his clinical and leadership expertise to ensure a high-quality, integrated department that is innovative, well-resourced, and collaborative. Dr. Andry has published and collaborated on more than 50 articles, reviews, and medical texts. He is well recognized in the field of biospecimen science and is a prolific researcher focused on cancer biology, healthcare disparities, and biospecimen archiving.

Dr. Andry received his Doctor of Philosophy in pathology from Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine and his Master of Philosophy and Bachelor of Science in biological sciences from University of Lancaster. He is also a member of the BU-BMC Cancer Center Executive Committee and liaison to New England Donor Services.
