Dr. Noelle Saillant, MD, FACS, is a graduate of Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Saillant completed her residency in General Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, and her fellowship in the Department of Traumatology and Surgical Critical Care at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Dr. Saillant is an Attending Surgeon in the Section of Acute Care and Trauma Surgery at Boston Medical Center. Her research interests include trauma-induced coagulopathy, chest wall injury, and surgical education. She is a decorated surgical educator, winning numerous teaching awards and currently serves as mentor to numerous medical students and residents.
