Dermatology Residency

Our dermatology residency program aims to develop well-rounded dermatologists who will become leaders in patient care, teaching, and research. Our program provides robust clinical exposure and hands-on experience in numerous dermatology subspecialties. We also offer career development opportunities, such as research time and a formal mentorship program.

Dermatology Fellowships

In conjunction with the BU Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine, BMC offers four fellowships in dermatology:

  • ACGMA Dermatopathology Fellowship: A two-year fellowship focused on preparing individuals for an academic career in dermatopathology
  • Cutaneous Oncology Fellowship: Provides training in the monitoring early diagnosis and management of patients with various types of cancer
  • International Dermatopathology Fellowship: Provides training for overseas physicians who plan to return to their home country
  • Rheumatologic Dermatology Fellowship: Focuses on connective tissue diseases and other complex medical dermatoses
