Frederick T. Drake, MD, MPH, is a board-certified endocrine surgeon and the Chief of Endocrine Surgery at Boston Medical Center (BMC). Dr. Drake is also an associate professor of Surgical Endocrinology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. His research and clinical interests include general surgery and endocrine surgery (including surgery for diseases of the thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal glands), improving outcomes for common surgical diseases, innovations in surgical education, and improving access to surgical care in the developing world.
