A Birth Plan is a way to share your wishes for what you want during labor, birth, and after your baby is born. We call these your Birth Preferences. Your plans may change during labor. Talking about your preferences early helps your support people and care team know what you want.
Headaches can be common in pregnancy. Most can be relieved with common remedies, but if they are not going away, they may be a sign of high blood pressure.
