Office Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT)

Treatments and Services

Our team provides compassionate and non-judgmental care for substance use disorders. OBAT’s innovative treatments and services include:

  • Medications for opioid use disorder, including buprenorphine, injectable buprenorphine, and naltrexone
  • Assistance accessing support for social determinant of health needs (e.g., food, IDs, employment, insurance)
  • Direct telephone access to the clinical team
  • Family planning  
  • Harm reduction services and resources
  • Integrated behavioral health and psychiatric services
  • Overdose education and access to naloxone (Narcan) 
  • Same-day medication access
  • Screening and treatment options for HIV, hepatitis A, B, and C, and sexually transmitted infections (STI)    
  • Specialized services to justice-involved individuals, adolescents, pregnant and post-partum patients
