The Teen and Tot Program (TTP) serves pregnant and parenting people under age 23 along with their children, providing a full range of postpartum, adolescent, and pediatric primary care for both generations at the same visit. We also provide mental health support, family planning, and case management services. We work with prenatal providers to ensure our patients receive the right care both before and after they give birth or are born. Our goal is to help the whole family stay healthy, and we work to make sure our patients have all the tools and resources they need to be strong parents.
