At BMC, we understand that having diabetes is not easy. Our Certified Diabetes Educators are here to offer you a fun way to develop the necessary tools to balance diet, exercise, and medications.

The “Conversation Map” program that we use for diabetes education is an innovative tool developed in collaboration with the American Diabetes Association. Guided by certified facilitators, the program has been adapted to a three-class series. The third class in each series includes a cooking demonstration provided by our Culinary Dietitians.

For more information and program dates, please visit Diabetes Education. If you have a diagnosis of diabetes and would like to register for the class, please have your primary care provider for a DSME referral.

Please contact DSME@bmc.org with additional questions.
