Jori A. Berger-Greenstein, PhD

Jori A. Berger-Greenstein, PhD, is a clinical psychologist specializing in Behavioral Medicine, a branch of psychology focused on applying mental health principles to medical conditions and prevention, and clinical ethics. Dr. Berger-Greenstein has provided clinical care in a variety of community and hospital settings and has been at Boston Medical Center for 27 years. Current clinical areas of focus include working with patients exposed to traumatic events, helping patients adapt to medical diagnoses, and improving their health status. Dr. Berger-Greenstein is also a member of the BMC Ethics Committee and Ethics Consult Team and serves as the Director of Behavioral Health for the Family Medicine Residency Program. In addition to clinical work at BMC, Dr. Berger-Greenstein is a faculty member in the Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine Program at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.
