Adam Lerner, MD, is a medical oncologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and Professor of Hematology and Medical Oncology and Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Lerner is an expert in chronic lymphocytic leukemia, lymphoid malignancies, sarcoma, breast cancer, and cAMP signaling, a process that controls a range of cellular functions including growth, differentiation, and more. At BMC, he provides care for patients with blood cancers, skin cancers, and sarcomas (bone and soft tissue cancers).
