We provide evaluation and management of general pulmonary diseases both in an outpatient clinic and for inpatients at BMC. We also work closely with our colleagues across the hospital to ensure comprehensive care for all causes and symptoms of these conditions.

Education and Training

Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship

This three-year program provides training for fellows to become board-certified in both pulmonary medicine and critical care medicine. The fellowship includes clinical care at BMC and the VA Boston Healthcare system, as well as a mentored research project. An optional fourth year focused on research is also available to trainees. 

Pulmonology Research Overview

Our research program includes nine affiliated labs. These labs focus on immunity and infection related to pulmonary disease, lung development, regenerative medicine, lung cancer diagnosis, and improvements in patient outcomes and quality of care.
