All-Options (formerly Backline) promotes unconditional, judgment-free support for people in all of their decisions, feelings, and experiences with pregnancy, parenting, abortion, and adoption. The All-Options Talkline, 888.493.0092, offers free peer counseling to callers from anywhere in the United States and Canada who are pregnant and unsure how to feel or what to do next, or want to talk about a past or current experience with abortion, adoption, parenting, infertility or pregnancy loss.
