Clinical Diabetes Program

Treatments and Services

We offer comprehensive care for adults with diabetes that is newly diagnosed, difficult to manage, or in need of long-term monitoring and follow-up, including:

  • Connections to other specialists to manage complications, as needed
  • Diabetes education for safe daily management
  • Inpatient adult diabetes service
  • Medications for diabetes, including insulin, glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist medications (“GLP-1s”), and oral medications (pills)
  • Specialized support for gestational diabetes
  • Training in the use of diabetes technologies like continuous glucose monitors and insulin pumps
