About

Eric J. Burks, MD, is a board-certified pathologist at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and a clinical associate professor of pathology at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. After receiving his medical degree, he completed a pathology residency at Penn State's Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and two fellowships, one in surgical pathology at Harvard Medical School and another in hematopathology at Johns Hopkins University. He has received the American Cancer Society Institutional Research Grant Medical Student Award and the American Society of Hematology Medical Student Award.
