About

Archana Asundi, MD, is a board-certified infectious disease physician-scientist at Boston Medical Center (BMC), where she specializes in the care of people living with HIV. Dr. Asundi is an assistant professor at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine and director of the Infectious Disease Clinical Research Unit (ID-CRU) at BMC. Her research interests include cardiometabolic commorbidities and weight gain among people living with HIV and improvement of health-related quality of life among people aging with HIV.
