The BEACON care team is here to support patients in accessing reproductive healthcare in a way that respects their personal choices, beliefs, and needs. We provide compassionate, confidential, and respectful care for family planning and pregnancy loss. 

Our care takes place at BMC's OB/GYN clinic and GYN Procedure Unit, where most abortion, miscarriage, and contraceptive services are offered in a modern, comfortable outpatient procedure suite. Family Planning Training

Our team trains medical students, residents, and fellows with the aim of developing obstetrician-gynecologist leaders in the field of family planning through training in clinical care, research, education and advocacy. 

Research Overview

Our BEACON Research Team aims to improve reproductive health care for women in Boston and beyond through clinical research studies. Current studies range from evaluation of new uses for existing birth control to contraceptive counseling for women with substance use disorders.
