SafeSpot, begun in 2020 as Never Use Alone Massachusetts and, later, the Massachusetts Overdose Prevention Helpline, has provided virtual spotting services since October 2022. The hotline provides free, 24/7 service. Call 800.972.0590 to be connected to a paid operator with lived and living experience with overdose.
