An Update Regarding Seasonal Illnesses

To help prevent the spread of seasonal respiratory illnesses, we strongly encourage all visitors to wear a mask while in ambulatory clinics or inpatient units. Surgical masks are available at hospital and clinic entrances. Patients with respiratory illnesses should also wear masks. Thank you for helping protect our patients, staff, and community.

About

Dr. Canale is a practicing board-certified Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician in Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in 2011. She completed her pediatric residency training at the University of Vermont Medical Center in 2014. Dr Canale spent her early years in pediatric practice working at a community Health Center as a general pediatrician. She then went back for additional training, completing a fellowship in Developmental and Behavior pediatrics at Boston Medical Center in June 2024 and continues to practice pediatric care there. She continues to have interest and participate in research in the intersection between developmental and behavioral pediatrics and primary care, looking at novel ways to facilitate evaluation and services for young children and collaboration and support for primary care clinicians.
