Weather Advisory: Temporary Door Closure

Due to extreme cold, access through the Moakley Building's entrance off Boston Medical Center Place will be temporarily closed from 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, through 7 a.m. Monday, Feb. 2.

All patients and visitors should use the main entrance for the Menino and Yawkey Buildings during this time. The hospital remains open and operating as normal.

We appreciate your patience as we take these precautions during severe winter weather.

About

Hannah Brown, MD is the Director of the BMC Wellness and Recovery After Psychosis (WRAP) clinical and research programs, Vice Chair of Research of the Division of Psychiatry at BMC, and Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Boston University Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Brown earned her MD from Harvard Medical School, completed residency training in adult psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH)/McLean Hospital and a fellowship in schizophrenia at MGH. Dr. Brown’s work focuses on treatment of psychotic disorders and delivering equitable and accessible care for individuals with serious mental illness.
