An Update Regarding Seasonal Illnesses

To help prevent the spread of seasonal respiratory illnesses, we strongly encourage all visitors to wear a mask while in ambulatory clinics or inpatient units. Surgical masks are available at hospital and clinic entrances. Patients with respiratory illnesses should also wear masks. Thank you for helping protect our patients, staff, and community.

About

Dr. Déjà Clement, PhD, MPH is a Clinical Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow in the BU-CHART T32, Integrated Behavioral Health, and Behavioral Health Equity Program in the Department of Psychiatry at Boston Medical Center. She is a clinical health psychologist and her research aims to develop evidence-based interventions with and for marginalized populations (Black women and LGBTQ+) with co-occurring, mental health conditions, substance use, and HIV risk. Dr. Clement is also visiting research faculty within the Research Education Institute for Dynamic Scholars (REIDS) in the Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS (CIRA)/Yale’s School of Public Health, and Kenneth H. Mayer Fellow at The Fenway Institute/Fenway Health. Dr. Clement earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology and MPH at Oklahoma State University and completed a Clinical Psychology internship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in the Behavioral Medicine Program.
