Carolyn A. Jordan, MSN, APRN, NP, is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult primary care and women’s health at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an Instructor of Medicine (General Internal Medicine) at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.

In joining BMC, Carolyn brings 20 years of clinical and academic experience across primary care, urgent care, and women’s health. She provides culturally competent, patient-centered care and has extensive experience managing chronic disease through virtual and in-person care.

In addition to her clinical work, Carolyn is a dedicated educator and mentor, serving as adjunct faculty and preceptor for nursing students at Simmons University, and as a preceptor for Boston College. She is committed to clinical excellence, collaboration, and advancing medical care.
