Aleksandr M. Perepletchikov, MD, PhD, is a board-certified anatomic and clinical pathologist at Boston Medical Center – South (BMC South) in Brockton, Massachusetts, where he serves as Chief of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine; as well as at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and Boston Medical Center – Brighton (BMC Brighton). Dr. Perepletchikov is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.

Dr. Perepletchikov earned his medical degree from Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy in Russia, and also holds a PhD from the Belarusian State Medical University in Minsk, Belarus. In the United States, he completed the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates program and did his residency training in anatomic and clinical pathology at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Additionally, Dr. Perepletchikov has completed a fellowship in Selective Pathology at Presbyterian Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, through the University of Pittsburgh.
