Through an innovative model of outpatient care, the Boston Center for Refugee Health and Human Rights (BCRHHR) provides comprehensive mental health services, including counseling and medication management, designed to meet the special needs of refugees, survivors of torture, asylum seekers, and immigrants. As a part of Boston Medical Center’s Immigrant & Refugee Health Center (IRHC), patients of BCRHHR are able to be connected with all of IRHC’s services, including medical, OB/GYN, and social services that they may need in order to heal, rebuild, and thrive.
BCRHR la bay sèvis apeprè 500 moun ki soti nan plis pase 40 peyi yo. Interpretation services are available for more than 250 languages to aid in the healing journey of each patient and their families.
The BCRHHR is a member of the National Consortium of Torture Treatment Programs (NCTTP), as well as the International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims based in Denmark.
