Lisa Allee, MSW, LICSW

Director, Community Violence Response Team

Lisa Allee has been Director of the Community Violence Response Team since 2011. She is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. Ms. Allee received her undergraduate degree in psychology from Northeastern University and holds a master's degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania. Through her research, published in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals, and numerous regional and national presentations, she has expanded Boston Medical Center's reputation as a leader in trauma-informed care for victims and families who experience interpersonal violence.

Timothy Munzert, MSW, LICSW

Clinical Director, Community Violence Response Team

Timothy Munzert is a licensed clinical social worker who received his master's degree in social work from Salem State University. He has more than 15 years of experience in victim services.

Brendan Attridge, MA, LMHC

Family Mental Health Clinician

Brendan Attridge received his master’s degree in mental health counseling from Lesley University and has experience in recovery services.

Robert Gatabazi, MA, LMCH

Family Mental Health Clinician

Robert Gatabazi holds a master's degree in mental health counseling from the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. He joined the Community Violence Response Team in 2023.

Family Mental Health Clinician

Sathya Raghavan joined the Community Violence Response Team in 2023. She holds a master's degree in mental health counseling from Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. She is dedicated to serving those impacted by violence and provides bilingual therapeutic services to serve the Latino community.
