Teviah E Sachs, MD, MPH, is a general surgeon and Chief of Surgical Oncology at Boston Medical Center, with expertise in hepatic, biliary, pancreatic, and gastric disease, as well as soft tissue malignancies and skin cancers. Dr. Sachs is also an Associate Professor of Surgery at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. After receiving his medical degree from New York Medical College, Dr. Sachs completed his general surgery residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School and a fellowship in surgical oncology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. His research interests center on surgical outcomes, disparities, and surgical education.
