Our Mission

Our mission is to provide comprehensive and culturally sensitive women’s health services to refugee, asylum-seeking, and recent immigrant communities in the Greater Boston area.

Our Patients

Our patients come from over 20 different countries. Our providers speak Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole.

Interpreter services, both in person and by telephone, are available to patients in over 30 languages.

No one is turned away because of lack of funds. We welcome people who may need support with health insurance and addressing transportation, food, and housing needs.

Specialty Clinics

Boston Center for Refugee Health and Human Rights

The Boston Center for Refugee Health and Human Rights (BCRHHR) provides mental health services for refugees, asylum seekers, immigrants, and survivors of torture, as well as provides connections to resources at BMC and in the community.

Adult Primary Care

BMC's Adult Primary Care provides preventive medical care and care for both acute and chronic illnesses to people over 18 years old, including in six specialized clinics.

Obstetrics and Gynecology

As a leader in women’s health, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology offers full-spectrum gynecology care, as well as programs and services for every aspect of pregnancy and childbirth, to help women be their healthiest selves.
