The Sponsored Programs Finance Team

Tyler leads the SPF team and is responsible for the financial management of BMC’s sponsored programs. His duties also include leading the single audit for the institution and negotiating BMC’s indirect and fringe rates with the federal government. Tyler has been with BMC since April, 2016.

Sabrina is the Senior Director, Sponsored Programs Finance. Her role includes managing BMC’s SPF team, who are responsible for the financial deliverables within sponsored programs. Sabrina joined BMC in October, 2022.

Yao is a Manager, Sponsored Programs Finance. He is responsible for providing support and guidance to the SPF team and the research community, as well as overseeing the grant invoicing and receivable processes. Yao started working at BMC in November, 2019.

Ana is the Manager, Sponsored Programs Finance, Salary and Effort. She oversees salary costing allocations in Workday, BMC time and effort certification, salary allocations in SAP/BU Works, and inquiries regarding payroll postings to sponsored projects. Ana joined BMC in August, 2022.

Kristin Pezzone is our Cost and Reporting Analyst II. In her role, Kristin is responsible for sponsored programs reporting, supporting the annual Single Audit, assisting with prepping the annual F&A, Fringe, and Patient Care rates, and developing and maintaining a research metrics dashboard. She has been working at BMC since July, 2019.
