Dr. Kandadai is the Director of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at BMC. She treats a wide range of pelvic floor disorders, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, bowel dysfunction, pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder pain, and recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs). She frequently collaborates with colleagues in urology, colorectal surgery, physical therapy, and geriatrics.
In addition, Dr. Kandadai is also the Clerkship Director for the OB/GYN clinical clerkship for third-year medical students at BU and directs medical student education for the department. Her interests include minimally invasive surgery and education of residents in vaginal surgical techniques.
