Marie S. Kourtelidis, MSN, CNM

Marie S. Kourtelidis, MSN, CNM, is a certified nurse-midwife (CNM) at Boston Medical Center (BMC), and an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine.

Marie was born and raised in Puerto Rico and came to the New England area to study midwifery. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Rhode Island College of Nursing in Kingston.

Marie spends her time on the labor and postpartum maternity floors, where she enjoys attending births and teaching midwifery skills to residents and medical students. Marie has a particular interest in ensuring high-quality, standardized postpartum care to all patients. In addition to English, she is fluent in Spanish.
