Jason S. McLean, MD, MPH, is a primary care and internal medicine physician at Boston Medical Center (BMC).

Dr. McLean received his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, where he also earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree focused on how social determinants of health (SDOH) play into patients’ experiences and outcomes. He completed his internal medicine residency training at BMC, where he continued to explore SDOH via the program’s Health Equity Pathway.

Dr. McLean’s clinical and research interests include hospitalist medicine, point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), and quality improvement.
