Request Exam Images on CDs    

BMC’s Radiology Film Library is readily available to assist with your CD imaging requests. 

Open hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 4pm

To make a request, please go to the Film Library window in the Radiology waiting room in the Menino Building at 840 Harrison Ave. Here, you will fill out a form to request your CD and the librarian will review and process your request. Please have your ID available so the film librarian can properly match the information with the CD requested. 

Please note– most requests can take up to 1 business day to complete, while others can be done within the hour. If you should also need the report associated with the CD images, a separate request to the Medical Records department is required.
