An Update Regarding Seasonal Illnesses

To help prevent the spread of seasonal respiratory illnesses, we strongly encourage all visitors to wear a mask while in ambulatory clinics or inpatient units. Surgical masks are available at hospital and clinic entrances. Patients with respiratory illnesses should also wear masks. Thank you for helping protect our patients, staff, and community.

A brace is a type of treatment for certain orthopedic conditions. It reduces movement in the injured area, relieves pressure, and stabilizes the joint, which all help the injury heal. A brace can also provide support to an injured area after surgery.

Braces are most commonly used on spine, knee, ankle, and elbow injuries. Your doctor may recommend using a brace during certain activities, like playing sports. This can either keep you safe after an injury or help prevent an injury.
