Peer Recovery Coach Triage Patient Navigator for Rapid Access treatment and referral line. Providing patients or families who have need to access substance use disorder treatment at Boston medical center. Setting up appointments for patients who are requesting access to treatment programs including youth, pregnant patients and access to medications for substance use disorders including Methadone, Buprenorphine and Naloxone. Also assisting patients to harm reduction programs to help reduce overdose and HCV and HIV. 7 day a week triage line to gain Rapid Access to Boston Medical center programs.
