Matthew W. Medina, MSN, CNM, FAWHONN, is a certified nurse-midwife at Boston Medical Center (BMC).

Matthew earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and his master’s degree in Global Health Nursing from the Endicott College Cummings School of Nursing & Health Sciences in Beverly, Massachusetts. He subsequently completed the graduate certification program in Nursing Midwifery at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Matthew has extensive experience working as a registered nurse in obstetrics and neonatal care. He is certified in electronic fetal monitoring, obstetric emergencies, and neonatal resuscitation. He is a Fellow of the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses (FAWHONN).
