About

Joel M. Henderson, MD, PhD, is an attending pathologist in Renal pathology Service at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and an associate professor of pathology & laboratory medicine at Boston University Chobanian and Avedisian School of Medicine. Dr. Henderson is also the Laboratory Director of the Framingham Heart Study, a long-term study, spanning three generations of participants, that is committed to identifying the common factors or characteristics that contribute to cardiovascular disease (CVD).
